Kevin Dyson is a former American football player who played in the NFL as a wide receiver for the Tennessee Titans and the Carolina Panthers. He was born on June 23, 1975 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Dyson played college football at the University of Utah, where he was a standout receiver. He was drafted by the Tennessee Titans in the first round of the 1998 NFL Draft.
Dyson is best known for his role in one of the most iconic plays in NFL history, known as the "Music City Miracle." In a 1999 playoff game against the Buffalo Bills, Dyson caught a lateral pass and returned it 75 yards for a game-winning touchdown on the last play of the game.
After his playing career, Dyson has worked as a coach at the high school and college level, as well as serving as a sports broadcaster. He currently works as the athletic director at Montana State University.
